My daughter's little grocery store finally feels complete — the tray is just the right size for her plastic apples and oranges, and that lever actually bounces back like a real scale would. She's been "weighing" everything in sight since it arrived, which is probably the best compliment I can give.

The wooden lever moves so smoothly that even my three-year-old can make the scale tip just by placing a plastic apple on it. It’s become the centerpiece of every grocery trip in our play kitchen.

My kids fight over who gets to weigh the pretend apples first — the tray is just the right size for little hands to load up. Even my husband joined in and started "shopping" with them. The retro look makes it feel like a real market stall.
