The little penguin has such a cheerful expression, and the wood feels smooth and sturdy in small hands. It's quickly become the star of our animal lineup during storytime, sparking all sorts of new adventures.

My toddler picked this up during playtime and immediately started a whole penguin rescue mission on the carpet. The wood feels solid and smooth in little hands, and the painted details are crisp without being fussy. It’s held up to being dropped, chewed, and thrown into a toy bin at least ten times

The little beak and glossy finish make this penguin feel sturdy and well-made, not like the flimsy plastic figures we've had before. My son has already used it to stage a whole Arctic rescue scene on the rug, and it's held up to a lot of tipping over.
