My toddler grabbed this peacock and immediately started layering the tail feathers to see what color the light makes when you double them up. The windows are thick enough that they don't bend easily. Such a clever little toy for teaching color mixing on the go.
The colored acrylic windows on the tail feathers are way more vivid in person, and even my toddler can flip them open and closed by herself. It's been a nice quiet activity for us to mix the colors together against the sunlight, and she keeps discovering new combos.
