Flying high above our Merrywood village is Spud the pilot Hare, carried by his best friend Swifty the Swallow. The little Hare is removable and has a fabric scarf and his name written underneath.
Spud the Hare is completely removable, which I didn’t expect—it makes the whole piece feel more playful than a standard figurine. The name written underneath is a sweet detail that shows they really thought it through. My shelf has a new favorite resident.

I was a little worried the hare would feel flimsy, but he sits snugly on Swifty and the fabric scarf is a lovely touch. The removable design is perfect, and seeing “Spud” written underneath made me smile when I unpacked it.
